  I worked here for a few months and it was a very nice place, good working environment. Like in all jobs, keep to your self, love your work and you shall prosper. Met a couple nice people and loved the parents. Awesome place for your child, they take very very very good care of them.

  I am a former CDC employee who was fortunate enough to leave on my own accord. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for others. The CDC is ran by people who have no interest or concern for the well-being of children-they are just in it for the paycheck. Parents are lied to, classrooms become overbooked which results in children being moved to the next age group despite being developmentally ready. The pay is horrible, superior employees talk down to others as if they are DOGS, and good workers are fired for no reason while others are kept on despite having criminal records and drug addictions. I left in Aug 2010 and I still keep in contact with a few workers, and things have not improved. If you love your babies, do NOT send them to this place!!!!
